Sr. Java Developer

Job Title : Sr. Java Developer

Experience : 4+ Years Experience

Educational Background :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer) is a plus

Job Profile:

Strong proficiency in Core Java, including OOP principles, collections, multithreading, and exception handling
Experience with Java EE (Jakarta EE) technologies such as Servlets, JSP, and JPA
Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Struts
Experience in building RESTful and SOAP-based web services
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Working knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks is a plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous

IAM Architect

Job Title : IAM Architect

Experience : 3+ Years Experience

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 2+ years focused on IAM architecture or engineering
Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CIAM, CISM, Azure/AWS Security certifications, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)

Job Profile:

Design and implement enterprise-wide IAM strategies, frameworks, and solutions
Lead the architecture, integration, and deployment of IAM systems and tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD)
Define access control models including RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC
Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, IT, compliance, and application owners
Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices
Drive IAM governance, automation, and process optimization initiatives
